Order an Estoppel

Please complete the form to request an Estoppel. Estoppel fees must be paid in advance to our Corporate office prior to us processing the Estoppel. The Standard Estoppel fee is $250. A RUSH Estoppel fee is $350 with a 3 day turn around.

Once we receive your request, you will be sent an email with additional information about our Estoppel process.

CAMS of Florida may complete third-party condominium questionnaires at its discretion and subject to Association authorization. Submission of a questionnaire does not guarantee completion. Questionnaire services are not included with or required as part of an estoppel request. The cost to complete a condominium questionnaire form will vary depending on the form.
